Associate Dentist @ cutting edge doctor owned practice

Established, doctor-owned, general practice seeking a General Dentist to join our friendly, beautiful and quality driven, state of the art dental practice in historic Fredericksburg, VA. Practice was started in 1985 by current doctor owner's mother. She has recently retired.

An ideal candidate will have a 2+ years experience, or a graduate of a GPR or AEGD Residency program.

Comfortable hours of work. 4 days one week, 3.5 days the next week. Two four day weekends per month. Doctor is willing to train new grads. Current doctor is fully trained in oral conscious sedation, implant dentistry, Invisalign, 3rd molar exts, and FMR. We have an Oral Surgeon on staff that comes 1x/wk to perform sinus augmentations, ridge splitting, botox etc...

We are a completely digital and paperless practice. We implement iTero Scanner, digital x-rays, laser, CBCT, Cerec(two millers), 3D printing.
